Delivery within Ukraine

We ship orders throughout Ukraine using two of the most convenient services:

1. New post

• Delivery to a branch or by courier.
• Term: 1–3 working days.
• Cost — according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

2. Ukrposhta

• Delivery to a Ukrposhta branch.
• Term: 3–5 working days.
• Cost — according to Ukrposhta tariffs.

Payment methods

1. Payment by card (Visa/Mastercard)

After placing your order, we will send you a payment link via Viber / Telegram / SMS / e-mail.
Payment is made by bank card.

2. Prepayment to the current account (IBAN)

If necessary, you can make a payment to our bank account (IBAN). The manager will send you the details after you place your order.

3. Cash on delivery

Payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch. Commission for cash on delivery — according to the carrier’s tariffs.

How to place an order

1. Fill out the form with your name, telephone number, e-mail address and city.
2. A manager will contact you to clarify the delivery method and payment.
3. After confirmation, we will ship your order and send you a tracking number.
